maka1967 expressed it beautifully. I would add humor and strength of character. You captured a twinkle in those eyes that time and hard knocks haven’t extinguished. Oh, and I’d cast Alec Guiness to play both of them. Funny thing about lines in portraits. I’ve had too many insist that they be removed – The botoxing of a generation… Maybe it’s because I’m no chicken, but I find character lines to be beautiful. I hope someday to do work this simple and classy. bravo, my friend….
