    wonderful, stunning bw work. moving capture, amazing expression. A viewer might see it as sad, but for me, this is a portrait of someone making a living in the business, no mean feat… nice self-portrait, BTW :) rhetorical question – how come this has been up two days and mine’s only the second comment?! something squirrelly about that….

    You art is very deep. I can almost feel these people breathing. So real and near. So rich in human feeling. They might have been hurt, but it seems they face it with beautiful melancholy and give their life magical power. His expression is sad but dignified… Great art makes viewers want to know more about the life it depicts.
