and so it repeats the cycle of salmon and bear natures harsh beauty but a wonder to behold the brown bear the grizzly the codiac inteligent persistant each bear developing its own fishing style and of course the bigger older male bears just as happy to rob a younger bear in fact its been observed that some bears wait and watch and do little fishing themselves watching like bandits ready to pounce this is acrilics on plywood 3ft by 2ft
nature can be a hard master but if only we watched and learned as our ancesters did we would realise how interdependent everything is

Nice work! (I’ve heard bears are our close ancestors.)
maybe they certanly are a very inteligent creature with a strong sense of curuiosity we thing of the tearing things apart but they can be very delicate with those big paws
one of the things that made me want to paintthis was when i saw the picture that o took this from becuase the bear was in the water his fur looked as if somone had gelled it up i wanted to capture the way the water made his fur all spiky and pionted
