Artist's Description

This is the photo I took while riding on a Cycle Rikshaw. In fact took many photos while riding but liked this one as I thought this is nicely balanced among all.

It seemed very inhuman to me initially and I didn’t like to ride on them. But after walking nearly 32 kilometers around Haridwar on the first day I couldn’t help taking a ride on them on the second day of my stay. But I was really amazed how amazing they are. Very humorous and a great source of information they are. And I learnt they can seat around 5 people at a time and pedal for more thant 10 kms.
Technically speaking on an average they can pull 130 KG for 50-60 kilometers in a day if they work for 8 hr per day.

So go for a ride, have a chat with him all along and give him a nice tip and you can see that precious smile on his face!!!
