Wurmlinger Chapel rising from Early-Autumn Morning Mist by

It’s a very strong indicator that autumn is approaching, when the Ammertal, the valley below the Wurmlinger Chapel, is filled with fog in the morning. Yesterday, the chapel seemed to rise from the fog and to float upon it for some minutes. You can see the Eastern wall of the chapel glowing from the warm morning sun. The shot was taken from our house on the opposite side of the Ammertal valley, also lucky not to be stuck in the fog.
