Limestone Country, Ribblesdale - The Yorkshire Dalesby Dave Lawrance
One of my earliest digital landscapes (2003), showing limestone pavement and a lone tree, a typical scene in the Yorkshire Dales, taken near Stainforth in Ribblesdale. This image was featured in “Photography Monthly” magazine (UK) – October 2010

Beautiful use of those lines Dave, the shadows and light are first class. Congrats on a great image.
Thanks very much Mike. It’s a location I’ve visited a few times but I don’t think I’ve bettered this effort.
