I am sooo behind, but catching up is just a matter of time.

One never realizes just how much one gets done in a day until one loses a few to illness. Then catching up is a terrible task, added to the regular schedule.

Yesterday was spent sorting through the must do list, with all manner of bureaucrats and experts, along with stints for health checks amongst other indiginities. Today I am facing an equally long list, with a two-hour meeting this morning, afterwhich I hope to get some more catch-up done, both here and with all the other projects for which I am responsible.

I keep telling myself; How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. I’m chewing.

Be greatful that you have such a full and interesting life. Some of us, live afraid to leave our homes and have horrible feelings of anxiety, and no where to go and nothing to look froward to. You are busy, but blessed.

Really? Cool. I’ve been sweating that. Mine haven’t made it here yet. But then everything comes here via dogsled across Antarctica, then by carrier pigeon to the Arctic, whereupon, they put it aboard a caribou and send it south. But the caribou have a hard time at the US border crossing because, a, it’s hunting season, and, b, they keep forgetting their visas and their passports, and their birth certificates. Plus, Homeland Security, aka, the US Mafia, considers their antlers to be WMDs.

Well, karen, my advice? Get a big, hairy friend as a bodyguard, and get out there and grab the world by the balls.

You are an ok person DLKeur.. I can’t ever catch up so I figured its like being in a canoe I used to take many fast strokes and got there faster but missed the views because I was out of breath. Then I decided to take longer storkes and go slower. I get there and also enjoy the journey.. Life is much too short. If you were falling off a cliff a long way down. Would you worry about not making your bed this morning or would you think about not being able to enjoy it anymore ????
