great photo, i love your minimalistic style. Especially your contrast on colors.
being that I am into similar style when it comes to photography I was wondering if you could perhaps enlighten me on what equipment you mainly use for those type of photos. The color detail is just so amazing in your photos. I guess you most likely photoshop them a bit to add contrast but never the less the color detail is great. Long exposure photos? a macro lens? some type of a flash? or perhaps more complicated lighting equipment?
Thank you for the kinds words Johannes.
I’ll scoot you a bubblemail with a more detailed response, but no fancy tricks involved.
I just go out and try and capture what I ‘see’. This is simply what my world looks like.

nice. looks like and abstract painting. wonderful reds and burnt yellows.
Nice textures, David! This makes me think of the album cover for School’s Out by Alice Cooper minus the carvings. Very cool!
Love this David… the textures are superb and the layer effect in my favourite colours is gorgeous.
