I never cease to amaze me that we can see things on a daily basis and never look trice. Yet with photography someone presents it through their own eyes and suddenly we can’t look away!

I love the sinuous crack across the plastic that is stained with rust, it’s so freeform while everything else is flat/square/molded. The texture is rough and beautiful – spot on!

Thanks, Graham. It is pretty much as it was seen to my eyes. I do post process all my images but I use it to make up for the inherent limitations/restrictions that I find with the digital capture and to make the final artwork appear as it did in real life.
