An artist in my area, Cat Rocketship, was hit by a drunk driver last Friday. She suffered major injuries, including a broken leg, broken jaw and concussion.
Needless to say, the medical expenses are going to be large, and as an artist paying them will be quite a task.

Saving for a MacBook Pro...with SmartyPig
