Hmmmm …..... suicide nets on a terminal tower…......
But the angle is awesome so foreboding and powerful! ..... love it!
David Lay in reply to adgray’s comment, 4 months ago
I think the nets were to prevent stone fragments from falling to the ground during construction. Thanks for the kind words!

Very Nice!! It’s almost like I’m there standing and looking up. Beautiful timing for the shot. The sky goes great with the color of the building.

oohhhhh!!! lol my bad lol
So is this a new building? It looks kind of 50’s construction
can you tell me a bit about it? it’s speciality ….
David Lay in reply to adgray’s comment, 4 months ago
No, Terminal Tower has been around for quite some time. It’s been under an extensive renovation for the last year or so.

Thanks, Marlo! I was pretty much looking straight up. I believe I shot it around 12pm, as the sun was just over the top of the building.

I like that you aren’t afraid to go extreme on your angles. as opposed to “everything strait and centered”.

I showed this shot to my students. They were amazed. The futility of the subject worked really well with the black and white. great job.
