A wonderful miracle, a gift from above,
A picture of innocence, a baby to love.
A wonderful miracle that fills our hearts with joy,
Thank You our Father for this beautiful boy.

Keep him from danger O Lord we pray,
May he grow stronger with each passing day.
Grow in Your love and follow Your Way
Father protect him, Lord this we pray.

As he grows older keep him secure
In perfect love, holy and pure,
We pray that wisdom Father You’ll give
To teach him and show him the right way to live.

And when he’s old enough to understand
May he reach out and take your hand
May he meet Jesus and gaze in His face
And choose to accept the gift of your grace.

We have not been able to have children but have two wonderful nephews, this song was written when the first was born.

Yet we never get tired of sharing our love for hin, through our writtings and art.
