We sure do like to photograph the same things!! I have found with Hummers, light is everything, due the luminescence in their feathers. In this photo, you have the light spot on, very beautiful!!

I don’t know why but I keep comng back to this photo and looking at it. Does he only have one wing??? Yesterday, I was sitting out on my patio and all of a sudden I had this humming bird fly right in my face. That was my very first humming bird that I have seen around here. It was unbelievable.

Thanks very much! It’s the old crouch & stalk method : ) Most of my hummer captures are deleted for one reason or another, I hate to even think about the low ratio of success. They are pretty brave & curious, so you can get a few seconds worth of shots before they fly off. Thank you, again!
