Basically it’s a play on visual contrast and meaning… are they all alike in that they act and do things on purpose, or are they specific in that each person is unique and individual and are just classed together?

Sort of like what’s more important – the Group or the Individual?

Visually it’s the dominance of the blue guys contasted by the break of the red. First glance you should be drawn to “lil’ red” hehe and see his uniqueness then you look around to see a sea of blue, but then you look even closer and you realise they all are unique like him too =)
