A couple of Saguaro (sa-war-row) growing together on the side of the road. One of the largest cactus known. Often hundreds of years old reaching 50 feet tall. Blooms are white ( AZ state flower) fruit is red. Taken in Marana, AZ

My images are not photo shopped. They have only been adjusted with basic sharpening, contrasting & saturation techniques. I believe that in order to appreciate Nature, you have to capture it as it is, naturally.

    An absolutely dynamite angle. What a grand shot. Have you ever seen the National Film Board of Canada’s short animated film ‘Cactus Swing’? You should…. go to the NFBC’s site (Google it), search out cactus swing, & you’ll find it.
