Taking my time heading home this evening and thought this was a great moment to capture. A pair of ravens snacking on Sagauro Blooms at Dusk

Common Raven is one of he most fascinating of passerines – and the world’s largest. Ravens frequent remote habitats, from tundra to mountains to deserts, and can be found almost as far north as there is land.
They are resourceful forages, taking advantage of almost any source, including nestling birds, small mammals, and carrion.
Often spotted in high, soaring flight, ravens “play” on the wing far more than crows do, executing full rolls and somersaults in paired and group displays.
VOICE highly varied, with dozens of calls, mostly commonly deep, hoarse cawing calls and throaty croaks; also almost human-sounding screams, whistles, and gargles.
