I had received a comment from a friend saying that it would be nice to hear the birds’ song out loud. Well that gave me a great idea and than went to whatbird. com to link the recorded voices of these beautiful creatures to my images. In my work I noticed a tool bar that has proven to be helpful already for me. It is Winged Toolbar – Instant Field Guide to Birds. If you have Firefox go to add-ons and get it there. It is experimental, and though I shy away from those I chose to download it. Just another little helper I thought my buddies might find helpful as well.

P.S. All Birds that are in the database are now linked from there pages to take you to where you can hear their songs…..Yeah!

Actually I do a lot, helped cut the time on linking all my gallery to the songs much faster! You do not have to have firefox to download it.. you will have ot go the site to see what other options there are…..So far, two thumbs up!

As far as I can tell, yes it can. If it is Firefox Add-on so you go to (Tools → Addons → Whatbird toolbar) I have googled any know issues with this toolbar and came up with nothing I understand. Yes, I am comp-literate…lol! How ever I trust Firefox and have not had any issues as of yet. I can assure you that if I do I will post that! I know this isn’t much help, but it is all I got ~
