I live and work in Newcastle upon Tyne and was born at Ryton-upon-Tyne. I am a self taught artist and paint mainly with acrylics and glass paint, although I occasionly dabble in oils and plan to try water colours soon. I also sculpt a little plus produce a literary and arts magazine entiltled Artyne ad a humorous magazine called Templi, both of which can be found at www.ditempli.com. My view of art of any description is that it should leave an impression, whther that impresssion is favourable is up to the respondee. My style tend to be influenced by such as Van Gogh, The Fauvists, Nordic Impressionists and Japanese Art.
