    WOW! Love the lighting. Wonderful!

  • Liam MacKenzie replied

Thanks Angel. The lighting in there was pretty good as it was but I used a citronella flare to light up the fireplace to give it that glow.
I shall be returning to that place at night with an assortment of different light sources.

This is fantastic! Really makes you feel the warm even in this worn down building!

  • Liam MacKenzie replied

Cheers Carly. The colony of moths which had taken up residence in the chimney were pretty pissed off when I lit up the fireplace!

Love this Liam … how much have you been working on your photography over the last few years since we last saw each other? Your work is brilliant! Great stuff mate. So impressed. Can’t wait to see the photos when you get back from your trip!

  • Liam MacKenzie replied

A bit here and there but over the last 12 months I’ve been putting my back into it, mainly shooting live gigs and concerts. That was really good practise but not really what I want to do with my camera.
Really hope we can catch up before I leave, I want to pick your photojournalist brain!!!
