Our own local ultraconservative tells BP not to be bullied by POTUS. She is worried that the Prez is focusing more on blaming someone than getting the oilspill cleaned up. I think this is the same UC that thinks government is too big, too invasive and too eager to spend tax payer money. What does she think BP should be doing? When should we try to get funds from BP?

lol. The issue is that the big O, cannot solve this problem. He cannot go clean up the mees that BP has created. They have to do it and pay the entire cost. “Your break it, you own it.” is my motto. It may bankrupt them, but that’s business.
My bigger issue is with all these politicians who take huge sums of money from these people, and close their eys to violations, and when something like this happens, they pretend to be enraged. I am sure you are aware that theose wall street types are still getting the same big bonuses that thay have been getting, maybe in a different form , but they are getting it all.
I am very suspicious about these companies who were holding on for dear life, only to be bailed out with our money, and now, only after a very short time they are again in the black with huge profits, giving bonuses etc. Who is scamming whom? is my question. Were they ever broke? Or, was it all a scam? ??
