is this why ye huvny been aboot..lost in aw they clouds…it was worth it braw shot
hey thanks my friend- yes it’s quite a place – strings of volcanoes there and a new one even emerging from the sea near a neighboring island… that would have given me quite a shock on my morning swim LOL ! !
Magical capture and image, Maggie – fabulous shot !!
thanks so much – a really amazing place – funny thing is the clouds have their own level and above that are 8 ginormous telescopes (one the biggest in the world) as they have 350 clear cloudless nights a year!
hi sue – thanks and not quite climbing – teetering on the edge hanging on white knuckled to my sticks rather… it’s twice the height of ben nevis so we’d had a bit of help from a bus round many hairpins on the way up thankfully! an amazing island to walk on tho with strings of volcanoes to negotiate.. this was taken at the big one a crater 6km across but with huge drops!
