I find this somehow very calming tho had never spotted those wicked hooks the lily pad must use to repel intruders…

So there went the resolve, eh? But the resolution is superb! At least you remembered the tripod; I perched it as monopod yesterday at one point. This is beautiful and clear. I’ve not seen the hooks, either, but doesn’t lessen the beauty of your shot, Maggie.
