thanks so much tina.. it certainly was the night of the year in edinburgh.. just wonderful to spread a rug in the gardens, set up a picnic and enjoy the show! what a thrill – was grinning ear to ear.. but pics never quite do it justice!

thanks trudi – the tickets hard to get.. folk queuing from 5pm to get in for the 9pm show but we were so lucky to put our rug down with a clear view and perfect sound for the orchestra and choir – a really wonderful night but am so relieved a few shots came out..
