A lovely geranium with the most wonderful scent coming from its leaves if touched.. .. lovely in a pot near a path or doorway so you brush against it..

The little pink petals can be candied and used to decorate jellies and sorbets too (havent tried that yet..)

    I experienced smelling an mint geranium on the weekend, its leaves were stunning, but not many flowers…

    thanks lorraine.. but i doubt it.. there are so many varieties of geranium and looking on the web they say candy them really to preserve them for decorative purposes….while the recipe i saw for this was for only leaf or two in a jelly then decorated with a few petals minus stalks…. so i imagine like mushrooms you need to take care…LOL…

    The mint one does sound lovely and I’ve had lemon and orange scented ones too.. but gather there are heaps of kinds..

    thanks my friend.. often the flowers on a scented leaf geranium can be a bit of a washout but this one has done really well this year..with a great flush of these lovely blooms..
