Peebles nestled yesterday in the scottish border hills with a full covering of frosting under blue skies – beautiful! (30/11/08)

I loved the foreground grasses as much as the magical view ahead they were so deliciously crunchy underfoot… comments welcome as ever!

WOW, so this is perfect? – looks damn cold to me! Fantastic sight tho, rained all day (in mid-summer) the day I was there, not quite as appealing. GREAT CAPTURE- especially foreground!

I remember days like this when I lived in Scotland and it makes a wonderful landscape with that added dimension of the textures of the frost, don’t know how I’d cope with the cold nowadays but it looks so beautiful in a landscape image like this, well done Maggie,

thanks so much Rod – i kept warm lugging the new (!) camera/bag and a fullsized tripod I only used this once In 12k…teehee… it was absolutely gorgeous out!!
