A wolf with a heart loyal to his clan…
A fierce Warrior with a helping hand,
Girl needs a monster in her man…
In her man she needs some darkness,
Some sleaze and dirty talk…
A man who’ll not fear to take her,
To places never walked.
She dreamt once of a gentle soul,
Pure to the core…
But she left for the open road that one,
Needin so much more.
Girl needs,
Just a lil bit of beast,
In her man…
Just enough so he understands,
The mess she is and wreaks all around,
When she goes and makes some sound.
The girl needs a man who’ll not bow down to life,
A soul with a purpose and a passion for his strife,
A darkness within that can cut like a knife,
But the balance has to be just right…
She needs her man to be a Man,
Not a boy playing house…
She needs him to be fierce,
No timid little mouse…
She needs him to be smart as well as strong and proud…
A mind that will inspire hers,
And not fade into the crowd.
She needs a kindred soul,
Who will keep her on her toes…
Who can comprehend her darkness,
And distract her from her woes.
For even with a heart,
As generous as hers…
And all the love she has,
for this fucked up world…
She is not an innocent,
No… not anymore…
She has her own demons,
That she allows to explore…
so…
The Girl needs a monster in her man….
The goody goody boys will never understand,
What the power of the rogue…
The bad boy can be…
To a messed up chick and her insanity.

I really think that its a problem for society in general, how outright weak and pussylike the younger generation of men are (at least here, and on tv)...they have no backbone…they are all so consumed with looking pretty (they’re guys…why do they want to look pretty lol) and being politically correct and wearing pink shirts and makeup omg…i spin out.
Where are the male role models? the men, not the pretty boys in hollywood…where have the real men gone….
someone need to teach these pretty goody goody boys that they can be men, they can have a little bit of beast in them without being a complete monster….

wearing pink shirts and makeup omg LOL…I spun out years ago in the early ‘80’s when my ex-husband came out of our bathroom wearing makeup (blush, lipstick & eye-liner) and a friend was visiting us at the time and she nearly fell off the lounge…in shock!!! Told him I didn’t mnd him using my makeup as long as he left my shoes alone…lol…but my ex is one of the toughest monsters in a man anyone would want to meet…an old rock n roller from way back who is in no way a pussy but in all ways a charming (LOVES the women – to the point he use to bring them home with him or they’d knock on our door at 1am looking for him – to teach him French…yeah sure…french what I use to ask…lol) and was a very witty person…too much drink n drugs has wrecked his mind and wit over the years…all taken its toll, which is sad…but his life…anyway…personally don’t know any pussy whipped whimps but am sure they are out there…sad that the younger generation have lost their backbones…most of the pretty boys in Hollywod are just using an image and are quite different in private…it’s an acting thing to keep ones self to self…not give too much of themselves away so to say…but of course, the general public don’t really know that as they get sucked into believing what they read about such people, which is only their publicity agents keeping them in the public eye…those that follow them have no identity of their own, which I find sad.

yea funnily enough i dont really mind that full on make up if thats how they are, what i’m referring to is when they are wearing makeup on the sly….foundation, rouge, eyeshadow, lippie…all done subtly, just to enhance lol… all with a suit, pink shirt and clean girl hands hahaha
of course i’m massivey generalising too at the moment!
(although i am remembering one of my old bosses, he was 26 and wore the make up heehee,,)
so true about the actors and whatnot…i find it hilarious when people go so far as to argue what a famous persons favourite colour is lol…
do they really think they know them because they see papparazzi shots…all that jazz….
My man has lots of younger brothers….I cant say they are very ‘manly’ any of them… they dont have the balance worked out yet…
but maybe in time these ones will evolve?

I wrote this, as a way to try and think out loud, about how i really love that my man is a man, that he has his dark moments i really wouldnt want him any other way, because he has that balance worked out! and i know in my heart and soul, not only would i be extremely bored with a “goody goody” but they wouldnt couldnt deal with the likes of me…i’m too damaged and eruptive and nuts for those gentle naive goody goodys to handle and not become a casualty to my madness :)... (i have broken a few gentle souls in the past…i didnt mean to, they just couldnt deal with me… )

they are wearing makeup on the sly….foundation, rouge, eyeshadow, lippie…all done subtly, just to enhance wasn’t really aware that guys actually do that in this day & age…seems like we are still living in the 15th century…they use to do that sort of thing, have read, back then…lol…oh, the vanity of some :) Think we all have a certain amount of madness to us…artists certainly do anyway…know of enough of them including self, to know that…lol…but don’t beat myself up over it…just normal thing for everyone, even those who say they don’t…they just haven’t realised it yet.
The gentle souls in your past you’ve broken…they obviously had some lessons to learn from the experience…you were their teacher…so don’t hold it against yourself, or dwell over it or it will get to you :)

ying and yang… all things in the world need a balance of sorts.
i wrote this from all personal experience.. i could never be satisfied or stay interested in very long one who had no darkness at all in them… its human nature to have both sides… the trick is the balance, keeping it all in perspective and not tipping the scales too far either way :)

Instant favorite! I stumbled on this today, oddly enough after I had a date last night watching a commissioned graffiti piece being completed by the nicest guy I’ve ever met…I’ve been complaining to my friend that’s a sister that he’s too nice, not melancholy enough or fierce enough. This completely sums up what I’ve been trying to explain to her, I’m going to make sure she reads it. Beautifully written, eloquent, and completely realistic. Well done.
