Artist's Description

Willow Tits are often confused with it’s closely related Marsh Tit but can usually be identified by their call. They can be found in damp Alder and Birch woodlands., where, In summer they make their nests by excavating nest holes in dead rotting trees. They flit around trees quickly looking for insects and seeds. Seen here at RSPB Old Moor in South Yorkshire.
