A RAKE'S PROGRESS: TAKE II
I’ve had this idea for a poster for years but have never gotten around to creating it. I know it’s a bit obscure and I don’t really like explaining jokes but if you don’t get it, then go Here
and all will be revealed. As you’ll see, it’s really just a different take on the word ‘Rake’

Enjoying this idea of “progress” it has also made me lean toward doing something like this. I have in my work done this on major projects in a more industrial look.

I’m still not convinced the shadows are right. I changed them once already, but in any case, it doesn’t really matter if they are wrong anyway. Some anal retentive will no doubt pick me up on it though. Many years ago, I did a TTTE pic with a waning moon in it. Years later I found a thing on the Net where some boffiin was having a go at me because he reckoned the moon wouldn’t be in that phase at that time of year or something like that. My thought was: It’s a CHILDREN’S BOOK, not an astronomical paper on lunar phases! Gimme a break!!! X
