I have been thinking what you are doing there in Ocean Reef is so close to what is happening now in Laguna Beach, and then you stun me with this composition, using that close up detail to set off that wonderful atmospheric perspective. This is really a very good painting. Thanks for sharing.

My favorite subject is regal and massive trees. I’ve always tried to create atmosphere in my landscapes through the colour palette I use. I am glad you like the painting.
