The Hermit Thrush (Catharus guttatus) is often considered to have one of the most beautiful songs in all of North America. This solitary bird is curious by nature and as seen here, often approachable.
what a lovely image … sweet birdie … love the pose with the beak up in the air … wonderful detail and focus .. and your bokeh of blue and cream and beige is perfection!!!!!!
Having such a cooperative and tame bird was a real treat. It was only a matter of time before I got a shot that I liked. ;-) Thanks for the lovely comments Lois. Truly appreciated. Francine
