    They are such fun birds to observe and to photograph. Love your depth of field here, and spot on focus on the bird.

  • I spotted this hawk cruising parallel to the highway and along a ravine. I drove past it and had the time to pull over and set up with an attractive background as it cruised right on bye without even taken notice of me. Yes indeed, they are fascinating to observe and photograph when they are in their own element. Thank you very much for the lovely comments David!
