An almost perfect full moon! I have to take advantage of these when they come. Tomorrow it could be completely clouded over! I think this is as close to a full moon as I have gotten with more than a 80% chance of it being clouded over the chances of getting a completely clear full moon is next to nil!

Thank you Johanne! I have a Point & Shoot (Sony H5). I shoot it in night mode and spot metering mode, with a tripod and 10 second timer, optical zoom at maximum and then digital zoom it up a bit closer. That’s about it. I have been pretty happy with the results. What kind of camera to you use?

Thank you Vickie!! I googled full moon calendar and found out that the full moon isn’t until tomorrow…I’m kind of hoping that it will be clear tomorrow. But if not then this will have to do. I would love to have one full moon.
