I am from California and have lived in Mexico, China, Japan and England while studying various aspects of art and craft. I published limited edition, hand bound books for thirty years, and have recently closed my press to go back to painting… only in the 21st century way… in the computer. Enjoy!

    A very thought provoking image.

  • Yes, I thought so. I never answered the thought, however. What did it make you think of?

Patrice, to answer your question, I’m not good with words. The solid surfaces juxtaposed with the fabric is intriguing. The colors used and the way they are combined is excellent. The different textures sharing space is interesting.the composition is extraordinary and works perfectly.

  • Tony – anyone who can use ‘juxtaposed’ correctly is certainly good with words. Thanks for your thoughts. They’re the same as mine were.
