the biggest lie in life? control of the minute so relax life is full of unfairnesses and so be it laugh cry and move to the next place on the map very very nice one sir john
Sometimes you feel like you want to assume the fetal position and die but there is more reasons to live than die. On to the next chapter. :))
John, sheer brilliance and beauty on your part. “In Utero” (known Latin term)is a fitting title along with Wilde’s infamous quote on life for this FANTASTIC artistry of yours. Sometimes I feel this way…LOL…I raise my fine merlot to you. Peace and love be with you always…you so rocketh, Lisa =) XO
Hi Lisa, I was trying to convey an image that reflects my current state of mind and the image of a male youth who is at the threshold adult life cocooned in a alien like world is a fitting one. And Oscar’s quotes always do it for me. It’s like he knew to answer anything and everything. Peace and Love too. John D xo
ahhh but he looks very serious and sad, thank god for Oscar i say ..he s writings / epigrams etc helped pull me out of some very sad and serious times ;)) very cool drawing John !
I always look to his quotes about life and death. Like no other writer except for maybe Shelley or Lord Byron, his quotes resonate a certain magic. Many thanks for the illustrious comment Trudi. :)
