Where do you get these ideas from? This is just wild and out of this world. Reminds of Jason and The Argonauts. Luv it Jovan! xo

  • What a great film that was! Remember the scene at the end when they were battling the Children of The Night? That would have been right up your alleyway!

oh freck you are rather brilliant,

    and like MoonlightLover

I thought of Jason and the Argonauts

as for the quote well that is fantastic, I’d never thought that Julius Cesar would say such a thing.

    wow you’ve rocked my boat.

  • Many thanks Lisa. I used to love watching Jason and The Argonauts and this particular pic that I did reminds of that scene when Posiedon rises from the sea in front the Argo and preventing the sea cliffs from crushing the ship. Magical stuff!

I am fine my friend ! About this image and speaking of giants, have you seen this wonderful french animation movie “La Planète Sauvage” directed by René Laloux with drawings from Roland Topor. It got the special jury award at Cannes in 1973… it’s a pure jewel, in an universe you will love, akin to you beautiful drawing !

  • Yes, I have a copy of “La Planète Sauvage" on DVD. In English is called “Fantastic Planet”. I was very much inspired by that brilliant movie when I was a teenager and I think I may have done some drawings after seeing the film at school.
