  • Many thanks and best wishes Shanghaiwu. My older brother took the photo of me while I was visiting Trieste, Italy quite a few years back. Btw.. I’ve always loved your avatar. I think it’s one of the best around.

Very cool, my friend. I will look forward to the rest of the tome you have projected. You know, a nice wood like that could come in handy at times. I don’t quite know how it just struck me that his nose is a phallic symbol. And wish you all the best with Johnny Walker Red, or Blue, if you can afford such sublimity.

  • Lol! You know I’ve always been fascinated by Pinocchio and his nose and the curious relationship he has with the “blue fairy”. It’s all very Freudian! :) We have to share the bottle of Johnny Walker Red. Cheers to you Rusty.

Cool as hell on the commission, my man. I just noticed that one! It is well deserved, congrats! Cheers, Rusty

  • Thanks Rusty. It’s a big job but well worth it.
I finished illustrating a school book on the Vietnam War only last year and that won a Children’s book award. I’ve always loved book illustration.
