“The fury of a demon instantly possessed me. I knew myself no longer. My original soul seemed, at once, to take its flight from my body; and a more than fiendish malevolence, gin-nurtured, thrilled every fibre of my frame.” – Edgar Allan Poe (The Black Cat)

This involves highly complex creating process and all components (composition, color, and pattern – epically geometrical patterns) are so well balanced and harmonize. It has a strong initial impact and definitely strong story telling. Highly entertaining! Very impressive work!

  • Hello Mino,

I’m flattered by your appreciation of this piece. The idea came to me after reading Poe’s “The Black Cat”. Brought it forward to early 20th century New York and changed the setting and the story. I literally spent a whole day on this piece. I am happy with it! :)
