Interesting that it’s ghost-like in the photo. (Sigh)
It does have a ghost like quality. Much like a mirage!
Wow! Great shot of them.
It’s my favourite shot of the WTC.
story, john, i had an canadian who,s,kin, was up on the roof the evening before the crash, they had been visiting n,y,c, , the next morning they caught a air plane back to canada- when they landed they heard what happened and, the man threw up he was so shocked as he had been at the top hours just before—life is always being at the right/ or wrong place-amen
I’ve heard so many stories concerning 9/11 and the many near misses. It’s like with anything in life, the gods play dice with the universe. You can win the lottery one day but the next day you could be on a doomed flight to oblivion. This shot was taken on a beautiful mid-October morning in 1992 on my very first visit to NYC. I fell in love with the place. :))
amen, john i have missed death so many times,?why?but karma,?fate?,,or i have one more job?unfinished?—only the creator knows, the whys,-but i am thankful for each day—amen,,and art n friends too-hugz john
What an amazing shot of the twin towers. I was there just before 9/11 with my family and I remember going up to have lunch at Top Of The World in the North Tower. I can’t believe its not there anymore.
