Diana Calvario

I was born in 1969 in Germany, spent my first 13 years in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I then moved to Europe where I first lived in Portugal and finally in Luxembourg where I still live married for the second time and together with my husband and my 3 children.

As a webmaster, my environment basically invited and inspired me to use digital art as a way of expressing my thoughts, feelings and messages I wished to spread. Inspired by artists like Picasso, Hundertwasser and Alex Grey, my main works are photo manipulations sometimes with a surreal touch inviting the viewers to meditate on a variety of spiritual questions and levels.

To my friends and watchers, my art is said to be imaginative, creative, speculative and real, having a strong connection to nature and to the integral philosophy.
