Hope & Strength, Isaiah 40:30-31 by

Such refreshing and comforting words. This verse helps me focus on the fact that I am not alone in my daily circumstances. What I have plus what God has = more than enough.

Additional illustrated Bible Verses can be found in my BubbleSite Gallery titled The Picture of Scripture. Please click HERE to return to my Gallery.

Watercolor painted on 140 lb arches paper. Paints: Daniel Smith, Winsor & Newton.

Painting is a way for me to express the beauty I see around me. I am most content when I am outside and able to be experiencing the beautiful and peace in our world. This beauty also inspires me to illustrated Bible verses that have been so helpful to me as I travel through life. My desire is that others will find encouragement and hope through these paintings in my collection titled The Picture of Scripture. I believe God’s word never comes back empty.

This is a wonderful promise at the end of this chapter, one of my favorites.

  • Thanks Vi for your special comment and fave. I agree, this is one of my favorite promises, it is so helpful to have a list of verses in your arsenal to fight off fear and doubt. I so enjoy painting these verses for others to see too.

Oh yeah! You’ve illustrated my all-time most FAVORITE of O.T. verses here, Diane. And the painting is truly lovely: the Eagle soaring in the ethereal atmosphere with the simplicity of the mountain behind. Thank you. :)))

  • Hi JacqueLynn, your comments always bless me! We are so fortunate to have Gods word to give us strength to face life’s many challenges.
