The trees at The Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, have been there for many, many years. I found this one to be interesting because of the texture in the wood, looking so old, as if each groove was from hundreds of years ago. I find the trees there to be just as interesting as the Canyon itself. They add so much beauty to the surroundings.

Beautiful image and hdr Diana!!..what a wonderful view you had. Do you know what type of trees these are, they look fascinating.

  • Thank you so much Kate! No I don’t know what kind of trees these are. I looked them up on internet trying to find the name, so I could post it with the photo, but I couldn’t find anything anywhere about the type of trees are at The Grand Canyon.
