The World As We See It…or as we missed it – August 24, 2010

This magnificent bull elk allowed me to take many shots on a gorgeous sunny evening in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. This was a lucky opportunity since the park rangers are now scaring the elk and wildlife away from human view, so it was a rare site to catch this guy as we came around a curve on the highway.

    WOW !
Was wondering how you got so much depth of field with the Sigma, till I read the description. :)

  • thanks so much Stan, didn’t need it for this one. Even the small lens was too close at full draw
