I have a Nikon D70s

Yeah, that’s cool. I don’t have macro lens, I just use standard lens with extension tubes. Do youuse flash as well?

I try with and with out flash. Usually use long exposure and no flash

I find my best work so far has been with flash. It’s taken me quite a while to start getting some good results. Looks like your doing great work straight from the start. Well done. I will be keeping an eye on your work. I expect to see more great work too.

Don’t put too much pressure on me. I haven’t done a much at all in macro and most I wouldn’t show. LOTS of experimenting.
I have only just discovered this web site by accident and it has taken a couple of days to build the nerve to load pictures. Still green. Thank you for commenting. It was the very first photo. Have had a browse through your macro, impressed!!

Don’t be scared to post work. It’s suprising what you will think is average, other’s will love, and they stuff you love never gets a comment.

Hi Dharna, cool shot, and good use of the macro. In an odd coincidence I use a D70 and just recently bought that exact same lens! I’ve really enjoyed finally having a macro lens, and haven’t had a problem with this one!
