Great way to put in an arvo Darren! You often see the bream up against the rocks eating the weed. Plenty of them too all along!

  • I walk along the path here regularly, Sal, and see bream being caught by people fishing for recreational purposes. And, I’ve seen them up against the rocks too – especially between Essendon and Flemington. Cheers. :)

I always think fishing is a great excuse to sit and contemplate the infinite … you’ve caught the mood here beautifully Daz!

  • Thanks Rosalie. This is in the middle of suburbia, and it’s area which I regularly see people having a great time. It’s like a slice of heaven to me. :-)

he’s miles away!! brilliant capture of this relaxed peaceful man

  • He’s just havin’ a ball I reckon, Jane. Sure does look relaxed, and I bet he felt great after enjoying the fresh air along the river. Cheers. :)

This brought a huge smile to my face…That’s what it’s all about, don’t you think?

  • Yes, the simple life has its attractions, Ginger. I regularly see people of all ages fishing in this location, and they seem happy with their lot. :) Cheers.
