Canon 60D, 50mm Prime, Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi.

A tour of the Ferrari factory brought me this shot of the aerodynamics testing in a huge wind tunnel. I thought the filter applied in CS6 suited the image.

I have loved taking photographs since I was handed the “power” aged around 10. I have had many cameras since then, most costing under £100, and have enjoyed every one of them. I take pictures because I love the process and the results (sometimes) and if these can be enjoyed by others, then this is an added and welcomed bonus. Currently using Canon 60Ds with L series lenses.

I agree, great processing on this. How do you find CS6 over 5?

  • Cheers Roddy… I jumped from CS3 to 6 so am still experimenting but I really like it..for daft stuff like this or just the simple tweaks. Hope your good mate.

I am on the east coast of the US here and we are the automotive capital of the east coast. BMW has their plant here and there is a large research campus here to do just this type of research. Very interesting studies and amazing how much the aerodynamics matter to so many of the systems. This is a cool image and for a minute I thought it was a neon. :)

  • Thanks Donna…yeh…so much money goes into finding the right shape..not only that looks good, but also is effecient and I guess less drag equals better performance and fuel economy.
    Have a great weekend.
