WOW this is stunning. Do you use a magic eye to sync the shutter to the electrical discharge of the lightning? Rather like I used to do when I had several flashes set up around a room and needed everything to happen at the same time? It was only a little gizmo no bigger than an OXO cube and I’ve probably still got it somewhere.
i have heard of those things, never seen their existance though. I just set it up on a tripod and leave the shutter open. This one was a 30 second exposure and only one lightning where as most of the others had 2 or 3 it was a really amazing show.
