A wise man
Knows his limits—
And a foolish man
Admits to none;
So it is the foolish man
Always daring
The odds
Stretching outside
The borders
Of expression—
A man of more
Blind faith than reason
And never practical
When romantic
But yes—it is the wise man
That is steady,
Lives one life
And dies a proper time
Only my dear fool
Is foolish enough
To love me
As if forever

Mmm blind faith is a journey in the dark – wise it is to not act in haste,
but to view by light;
however [ me thinks] it’s a whole different matter to be daringly creative
[ and that includes when loving wisely :) for that is to live life fully in heart and mind/soul.
So to love self wisely is to love self and there be no foolishness in doing so :)
And if I may say so simply creatively :) I love you wise poet oxo
And I love you, dear poet; God I miss your poetry. If you are able, please post again soon for us. Blessings my friend. oxo

So many readings…Joe.

Puzzling me a bit…
“wise man…is steady, lives one life and dies at a proper time”…really all people die at a proper time, considering it objectively. But..there are times and moods in dying I guess. And just because no one will be able to love you…forever..not even you. But we are foolish just to wish it.

Thank you, Rosa:
