There are tunnels of light
Tunnels of dark
Some we find
Others we make—
Some are lonely
Others we drag in,
For those who love
Often follow blindly—

There are tunnels of light
Tunnels of dark—
But in the dark
A chance for a kiss—
Upon exiting
A kiss carries to light

Tunnels not always
Black and white

    this could be interpreted on so many levels.. and the beginning of this poem especially addresses some of the tunnels and how they are created.. In the 2nd stanza of the poem, what comes to mind especially is the human psyche;
    the growth and love that can come when you are dealing with dark matters so to speak, and how that ‘kiss’ carries you to the light so to speak.. also a important recognition that all things are not black and white-thanks god..

    Well—-thank you, Jane! This poem was indeed written with all those intentional levels for deep interpretation. You truly read and understood. You have made my day!!!
