Embleton Bay – Northumberland
This was a particular significant sunrise for me. I left home at 1am, drove two hours and forty minutes to location, tried to get some sleep, walked about thirty minutes down a beach that I have never been to in the dark and set up for the sunrise. Got some very good photographs and was happy with my instinct to just go somewhere for a sunrise.
The colours that a sunrise give, is to me very therapeutic, they warm one up from within. Forget about medication etc, get people involved in nature and see the difference.
