Project MK-ULTRA, was the code name for a CIA mind-control research program that began in 1950. There is much published evidence that the project involved the use of many types of drugs to manipulate peoples’ mental states and to alter brain function
Project MK-ULTRA was first brought to wide public attention by the U.S. Congress (in the form of the Church Committee) and a presidential commission (known as the Rockefeller Commission) and also to the U.S. Senate.
The CIA insists that MK ULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned. Seems they insisted WMD’s were as plentiful as camel dung in Iraq just a few years ago.
On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy said: The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an ‘extensive testing and experimentation’ program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens ’at all social levels, high and low, native Americans …
Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to ‘unwitting subjects in social situations.’ At least one death, that of Dr. Olson, resulted from these activities. The Agency itself acknowledged that these tests made little scientific sense. The agents doing the monitoring were not qualified scientific observers. Much like those evaluating the Intel on the Iraq WMD’s. Small world.
I have long held a fascination with the sinographs of Chinese Writing. To be even reasonably fluent in this script one must memorize from 3 to 4 thousand of these detailed logographs. A Kangxi dictionary contains approximately 47,000 distinct characters.
Perhaps if CIA agents were required to memorize a few thousand characters they would not have the time to experiment on American citizens for Ivy League shits and giggles. Well that pearl of Americana, though not exactly Rockwell is inspirational enough to create the fractured and chaotic third Character in the Ages of Acid. Trust us We Are The Government
